Dear Colleagues and Esteemed Faculty,

On behalf of the Organizing Committee, I would like to express our sincere gratitude to each of you for your invaluable contribution to the 15th Balkan Endovascular Course (BEC 2026), held on 6–7 March in Sofia, Hilton Hotel.

Reflecting on the past two days, I believe this year’s meeting was the most successful and impactful edition of BEC to date. Our aim was to bridge the gap between clinical evidence and bedside practice, and thanks to your engagement, expertise, and openness in sharing your experience, we achieved exactly that.

Your presentations and discussions—ranging from complex endovascular stroke interventions and management of challenging aortic pathology to embolization for high-risk bleeding, transcatheter pulmonary valve implantation,

and the growing role of artificial intelligence in procedural planning—formed the core of an exceptional scientific program. Your willingness to share difficult cases and practical insights created an atmosphere of true multidisciplinary learning and collaboration.

The dynamic discussions during the live case sessions and the active participation from colleagues across the Balkans and beyond highlighted the spirit of BEC: building a strong multidisciplinary endovascular community committed to advancing “Endovascular Medicine for Life.”

We are equally grateful to our industry partners whose support for education, innovation, and hands-on learning made this year’s program possible.

As we conclude the 15th edition of BEC, we take with us new collaborations, strengthened friendships, and a shared commitment to advancing endovascular care.

Thank you once again for being part of the BEC mission. We very much look forward to welcoming you again next year for the 16th Balkan Endovascular Course, so stay tuned for next year congress date announcement soon.
